Job Summary The Warehouse Associate - Forklift Driver is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through accurate receiving, handling, storing, and shipping of goods. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to all safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Associate operates powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Job Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and ship inbound and outbound freight to ensure inventory accuracy

Replenish merchandise to the self-serve area and sales floor as needed

Select, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and securely to meet delivery and service standards

Operate forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently

Manage inventory using warehouse technology systems and follow established policies and procedures

Operate cardboard baler equipment to compress and dispose of packing materials safely

Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas

Adhere to all company safety, security, and operational procedures

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Job Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse, logistics, or related experience

Certified or ability to obtain certification to operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack)

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical ability to lift, move, and transport materials as required by the position

Additional Job Details (Work Environment and Safety)

On-site position in a warehouse environment

Must adhere to all safety standards and wear appropriate protective equipment

May require extended periods of standing, lifting, and operating machinery
