Position Overview:

We are seeking a Field Support Technician to provide onsite technical support across three nearby client locations in Santa Fe, NM. This role focuses on hardware break-fix support and end-user troubleshooting, primarily for Dell devices. Candidates must be customer-service oriented and comfortable in a client-facing environment.

Primary Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and repairing Dell laptop/desktop PCs Working directly with end-users to resolve technical issues Performing hardware break-fix, installations, and preventative maintenance Providing updates to management as needed Supporting warranty repair work for Dell devices Potential Mac support (Mac experience is a plus) Driving between multiple nearby client sites (less than 10 miles daily) Top Required Skills:

Field Technician experience (onsite support) Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills Experience with hardware break-fix and preventative maintenance Dell warranty support experience Mac experience (preferred, but not required) Requirements:
