Front Desk Associate
to join their team and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and ensuring every guest has a great experience. Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
Manage a multi-line phone system-directing calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries promptly.
Maintain front desk operations including scheduling, visitor logs, mail distribution, and office supply inventory.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and preparing correspondence.
Coordinate meeting spaces, set up conference rooms, and assist with event logistics as needed.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with scheduling tools preferred.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy office environment.
Pay Details:
$19.00 to $22.00 per hour
