IT Business Planning Analyst

IT Business Planning Analyst for Digital, Sales & Service organization will be focused on critical financial and resource management responsibilities (both Project and Non-Project related) including and not limited to the following duties. The resource will be expected to partner across teams and manage the end-to-end processes related to these duties. Contract Approval before Submission Contract Submission Finance Team Coordination Vendor Coordination Third-Party Risk Management Coordination (e.g., initiating Vendor Risk Assessments) Contract Review Team Coordination Business Team Coordination Processing Invoices for Payment Approval Invoice Correction Invoice Reconciliation Tracking project and BAU financials (labor and non-labor) Producing financial forecasting Booking accurate financial accruals Processing Coupa Purchase Requests/Purchase Orders Year End Contract and Resource System Extension Tracking CapEx-OpEx actuals to forecast; investigating and resolving variances Time sheet compliance analysis and follow up with time reporters
