Asset Lifecycle Management: Maintain lifecycle plans for hardware, software, and infrastructure (servers, network equipment, etc.) in the ITAM system; monitor end-of-life (EOL) and end-of-support (EOS) risks; report on compliance metrics including zero unlicensed or EOL assets; collaborate with IT teams to plan replacements and upgrades across geographies. Software Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with IT teams to track software usage, identify cost optimization opportunities, and ensure software is available to end users; support compliance efforts and help evaluate licensing needs across the organization. Vendor Management: Support vendor evaluations, onboarding, and performance monitoring; build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure best pricing, service levels, and responsiveness; partner with local and regional teams to manage mobile contracts (e.g., Canada, France, South Africa). Contract Management: Maintain a repository of contracts related to IT assets, services, cloud platforms, and telecom; track contract terms, renewal dates, and ensure appropriate IT stakeholders are notified ahead of expiration; support contract-related documentation and inquiries across all IT functions. Procurement Management: Participate in procurement activities for IT hardware, software, cloud services, and infrastructure across multiple countries; ensure alignment with global standards and procurement policies; assist with purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice reconciliation. Financial Management: Assist in IT budget planning, tracking, and reporting for both CAPEX and OPEX; monitor IT project spend against budget and provide variance analysis; forecast costs and identify savings opportunities, especially in Azure Cloud spend; evaluate and recommend AI or automation tools for financial tracking and cost governance. Lifecycle Planning & Governance: Maintain lifecycle plans for hardware, software, and infrastructure; ensure end-of-life and end-of-support risks are proactively tracked and addressed; collaborate with all IT teams to plan replacements and upgrades. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT finance, procurement support, or IT asset management roles in a mid- to large-sized organization. Strong understanding of IT Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budget creation, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis. Work effectively with global teams and adapt to different time zones. Familiarity with procurement processes, including purchase orders, vendor quotes, invoice reconciliation, and basic contract understanding. Working knowledge of IT hardware and infrastructure, including computers, servers, and network equipment. General understanding of software licensing models and lifecycle management practices. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and asset tracking (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts). Ability to manage and interpret large datasets from multiple sources (procurement systems, CMDB, etc.). Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail. Experience with Azure Cost Management and cloud consumption analysis; exposure to data reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, or API-based data retrieval; familiarity with AI-driven tools for process automation in finance or procurement contexts; experience working in a multi-country environment with distributed IT teams; familiarity with ITAM platforms, CMDBs, or inventory management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshservice). Personal abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; sense of initiative, resourcefulness, and autonomy. Great team spirit; team player. Work efficiently, organized, with good time management; attention to detail; strong customer and quality focus. Ability to work occasionally under pressure. Must be fluent in English (speaking French, Portuguese, Spanish is an asset). General criteria
