- Perform data entry in Maximo for setting up items across multiple new storerooms
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets to support business operations
- Maintain accurate files and calendars to ensure organizational efficiency
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other departmental software systems
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of administrative work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
