- Provide essential office administrative and clerical support to senior management and the research team.
- Answer and screen telephone calls, directing messages to appropriate personnel.
- Review and organize incoming mail, ensuring timely delivery to relevant team members.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and schedule appointments.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and arrange catering as needed.
- Proficiency in Concur and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in handling travel arrangements and expense tracking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
