Our client, a leading organization in the research industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Expert to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant - Expert, you will be part of the Global Research department supporting a dynamic team of approximately 85 research professionals. The ideal candidate will have proactive problem‑solving skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a positive can‑do attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Details

  • Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Expert
  • Location: New York, NY
  • Pay Range: $29.45/hr

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential office administrative and clerical support to senior management and the research team.
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, directing messages to appropriate personnel.
  • Review and organize incoming mail, ensuring timely delivery to relevant team members.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and schedule appointments.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and arrange catering as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Concur and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in handling travel arrangements and expense tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude with a positive outlook and team‑oriented mindset.
