We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with document management and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of office support duties with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital document systems.
- Maintain document control systems and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely document reviews.
- Archive inactive documents and manage document retention schedules.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal and external visitors.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with document management systems.
