- Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling meetings.
- Arrange travel and lodging for managers/staff as required.
- Maintain and organize filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Create and edit reports, correspondence, and presentations on behalf of managers or department leads.
- Manage office inventory, equipment orders, and vendor relations.
- Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders by responding to inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare expense reports and perform basic bookkeeping tasks as necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments to assist with special projects and tasks.
- 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize multiple projects, and handle tight deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional accuracy in managing documentation, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) or similar certifications preferred
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
