Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Risk Department within the Quality Division of a healthcare facility in Northridge, California. This is a contract position lasting approximately three months, where you will play a vital role in editing, organizing, and maintaining hospital policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Risk Department, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in editing, formatting, and managing hospital policies to meet compliance standards and organizational requirements.
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic files for efficient document management.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other software to create, edit, and organize documents effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a meticulous approach in all communications, both internally and externally.
- Support general office duties such as answering calls and managing correspondence when needed. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
