Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide vital operational and clerical support for daily business activities. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless organization and execution of administrative tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Provide scheduling support, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel plans.
- Draft, edit, and format documents such as correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including preparing agendas, materials, and recording minutes.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure inventory remains well-stocked.
- Assist with expense reporting, invoice management, and tracking budgets.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees and assist with related administrative tasks.
- Execute special projects and additional duties as assigned to meet business needs. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in managing schedules, answering inbound calls, and performing receptionist duties.
- Skilled in data entry and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
