- Handle receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and managing front desk operations.
- Support team members by coordinating schedules and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings and events, including scheduling and logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a related role.

- Previous experience with receptionist duties and maintaining front desk operations.
