Job Description
We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team for various civil site work projects in the Greater Charleston Area. This role offers the advantage of minimal travel, allowing you to return home every night. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring project success through your expertise and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and graders for civil site development.
- Participate in manual labor tasks including shoveling, trench work, loading, and unloading supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Assist in fine grading and ensure accuracy in excavation work.
- Maintain reliability and punctuality as a vital member of the crew.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of experience with heavy equipment operation, including dozers, excavators, and graders.
- Experience in fine grading is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with GPS technology is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if necessary.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Willingness to undergo a drug test.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
