- Manage calendars for senior executives, coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time management.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence for the executive team.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on all key initiatives.
- Organize and manage executive-level documentation, agendas, meeting minutes, and projects while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Assist in planning and executing team events, meetings, and property-related initiatives.
- Handle budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting for executives.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to support daily operations.
- 6+ years of prior administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in the property management industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling and project management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize deadlines and multitask effectively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Capable of resolving challenges independently and making quick, informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Previous property management or real estate experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of industry software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
- CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) designation is a plus
- Ability to work directly with C-level executives and manage competing priorities.
