- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and colleagues with their needs.
- Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create, edit, and organize documents and spreadsheets.
- Support the administration of applications and internal systems as required.
- Coordinate office activities and assist with scheduling tasks to maintain efficiency.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate team members when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with managing email correspondence and clerical duties.
- Experience with basic application administration is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
