Job Description

  • Supervise daily production activities to meet established goals and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all production operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including engineering and logistics, to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Monitor equipment performance and schedule regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Train and mentor production staff to enhance team performance and skill development.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance to senior management.
