Job Description

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence.
  • Assist in planning and executing departmental events and meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Construction department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in providing administrative support within a professional setting.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
