- 5+ years in food manufacturing, with 3+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
- SQF experience and commitment to food safety
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable in a hands-on role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools
