- Answer incoming calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate team members.
- Create and format reports, letters, and policy documents using Microsoft Office.
- Accurately process client payments and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with research tasks related to insurance policies, regulations, and market trends.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in customer service or office administration is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
