**About the Role** We are seeking a motivated **Manufacturing Engineering Technician** to join our team and support the operation, maintenance, and improvement of production systems. This role is ideal for a technically skilled individual with a passion for hands-on problem-solving, process improvement, and ensuring equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities**

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Assist in the installation, calibration, and inspection of complex systems and machinery.
• Conduct quality tests and inspections using independent technical judgment.
• Analyze routine technical issues and apply effective, data-driven solutions.
• Follow operational procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory codes.
• Apply safe work practices and consistently use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Organize and manage daily work schedules based on changing production priorities.
• Support internal communication between engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Contribute to small-scale process improvements and change initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to build and maintain technical expertise.

**What You Bring**

• Post-secondary technical education (certificate, diploma, or associate degree) or equivalent practical experience.
• 7-12 months of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, automation, or mechatronics.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with equipment utilization metrics and service documentation.
• Customer-oriented mindset with proven technical support capabilities.
