Locums - Primary Care Physician OpeningLocation: Eureka, California Assignment Details
  • Start Date: December 15, 2025
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
  • Patients per day: 18 PPD (minimum expectation)
  • No call
  • Chart closure: Within 72 hours
  • EMR: Epic
  • Patient population: Mix of pediatrics and adults
  • Chronic Pain Management: Included
Licensure & Certification Requirements
  • Active California License - Required
  • DEA License - Must be active before start
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible - Required
    • BE accepted if within 5 years of residency completion
  • BLS - Required
  • Will consider:
    • Family Medicine only
    • DOs accepted
