Locums - Primary Care Physician OpeningLocation: Crescent City, California Assignment Details
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (10-hour shifts possible)
  • No call
  • Patients per shift: 18
  • EMR: Epic
  • Chart closure: Within 72 hours
  • Patient population: Mix of pediatrics and adults
  • Chronic Pain Management: Included
Licensure & Certification Requirements
  • Active California License - Required
  • DEA License - Must be active prior to start
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible - Required
  • BE accepted only if ?5 years out of residency
  • BLS - Required
  • Will consider:
  • Family Medicine only
  • DOs accepted Other Notes
    • Assigned patients
