Manage complex litigation matters from intake through trial and/or settlement
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with partners and clients
Mentor junior attorneys and litigation support staff as needed
8-12 years of litigation experience (defense background preferred)
~ Strong familiarity with Indiana Trial Rules and local procedures
~ Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
~ D. from an ABA-accredited law school
