• ️ Utilize accounting tools like BlackLine, Concur, and ADP to streamline financial operations
• ️ Manage the company's ERP system to ensure smooth workflow
• ️ Leverage Excel for managing and analyzing financial data
• ️ Ensure accurate and timely billing functions, including invoicing and payments
• ️ Oversee revenue recognition, particularly using the percentage of completion method in construction
• ️ Audit financial data regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems, with a strong preference for candidates experienced with ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, and Concur
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems is highly desirable
• Deep understanding of all accounting functions, including but not limited to, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), auditing, and billing functions
• Proven ability to manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting department
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with an ability to direct and supervise a team
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to interact professionally with all levels of staff
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or advanced degree is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis
