Description We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Argyle, Texas. This role involves overseeing the full accounting cycle, handling financial statement preparations, and leading a small team. This position also requires adeptness with various accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete accounting cycle, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely
• Supervise a team of 1-3, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth workflow
• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software systems for efficient financial management
• Conduct month-end close procedures and prepare financial statements
• Handle reconciliation of accounts for multiple sites/entities
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring prompt and accurate payment processing
• Oversee auditing processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools for streamlined business process management
• Manage billing functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Use ADP - Financial Services and BlackLine for efficient financial operations
• Monitor accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Implement Concur for streamlined expense management. Requirements - Position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary.
• Familiarity and experience with ADP - Financial Services is needed.
• Proficiency in using BlackLine software is required.
• Experience with Concur software is essential.
• Prior experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a prerequisite.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Accounting Functions is mandatory.
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required.
• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed.
• Previous experience in Auditing is necessary.
• Familiarity with Billing Functions is a must.
• Understanding and experience in Full Cycle Accounting is required.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
• Experience in managing accounting in a Multi-Site environment is a prerequisite.
