Century Group is excited to partner with a growing Consumer Goods company to help them find a dedicated and driven Accounting Manager to join their incredible team! Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $80,000 to $120,000 per year.

This company operates on a 100% REMOTE model!

This role will require someone with demonstrated thorough understanding of the General Ledger and Trial Balance and will oversee the general accounting function.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial statement preparation
  • Daily and monthly cash, AP and AR processes and assist with month end close
  • Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
  • Prepare and analyze entries for all sides of the business, including, but not limited to, Revenue, Fixed Assets, Capitalized Costs, Prepaids, Expenses, and Accruals

Requirements:
  • BA or BS with an emphasis in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years general accounting or equivalent experience
  • Consumer Packaged Goods background and combination of public accounting firm experience and private industry experience a strong plus
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Netsuite experience a plus
