Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Accounting Manager to join a team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:
- Compile and consolidate accurate financial reports and statements.
- Aid in the development and analysis of budgets and prepare related financial reports.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of internal control frameworks.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, identifying discrepancies and reconciling accounts.
- Assist the finance team with all general ledger-related activities and journal entries.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field.
- Bring prior experience as a senior accountant and readiness to step into a managerial role.
- Possess strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting standards.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online.
- Communicate effectively with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Maintain or actively pursue professional certifications such as CPA, CFM, or CMA (preferred).
- Work independently and take initiative when managing tasks and projects.
- Manage accounting functions using various software tools.
- Assist with audit preparation and ensure timely completion of audit-related tasks.
- Monitor regulatory changes and prepare reports related to compliance and procedures.
