Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including variance analysis.
  • Ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries and the preparation of financial statements.
  • Manage account reconciliations, journal entries, and audit readiness activities.
  • Lead revenue reconciliation audits and support financial period close processes.
  • Review expense reports, corporate credit card transactions, and related journal entries.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in intercompany reconciliations and multi-entity financial analysis.
  • Apply excellent knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders across departments.
  • Solve problems effectively using strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Manage and develop accounting teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in high-volume, multi-location industries.
  • Lead accounting teams and oversee successful system implementations.
  • Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Utilize experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, cost accounting, and contract analysis (preferred).
