Century Group is hiring: Accounting Manager-Credit in Oakland

Century Group has partnered with a great company who is searching for an Accounting Manager to join their team. Analyze financial data and create reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders. Manage, direct, and support development of accounting staff responsible for Medi-Cal billing, other service revenue, accounts receivable, payables and payroll. Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department and ensure that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time. Support the preparation of the annual budget and monitor actual results against forecast and budget throughout the year. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field Previous accounting experience in a nonprofit setting strongly preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or MBA preferred 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience 2+ years in a supervisory or management position
