Senior Accounting Manager Job at Century Group in Pasadena

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join their team. This individual will supervise a team that consists of an Accounting Manage and three accounting staff. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $145,000 to $185,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Act as the accounting lead on projects that impact the customer payment process
• Manage general accounting close and review balance sheet reconciliations, monthly journal entries and monthly fluctuation analysis
• Prepare and/or review various balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage year-end audit and prepare the year-end financial statements

Requirements:

• CPA License
• Reporting experience with multi-unit retail and SAP working knowledge a plus
• Excellent written, verbal, communications, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and intermediate Word and Microsoft Office skills

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minimum of 7 years' relevant experience
