Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee critical financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting processes. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of general ledger management, financial statement audits, and month-end closing procedures. - Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all financial reports.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Oversee financial statement audits, collaborating with auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve queries.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced accounting staff, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting accuracy. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in conducting financial statement audits and preparing audit documentation.
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and journal entry preparation.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools to manage financial data effectively.
