Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. Responsibilities include:
  • Leading project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Managing subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Monitoring budgets, cost control, and change orders
  • Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
  • Communicating with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders
  • Driving project closeout and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects from start to finish
  • Experience in the medical construction sector preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
