Job Description As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. Responsibilities include:
- Leading project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Managing subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Monitoring budgets, cost control, and change orders
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Communicating with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders
- Driving project closeout and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects from start to finish
- Experience in the medical construction sector preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
