Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Chief Information Officer on projects related to dealership operations.
  • Schedule appointments with guests, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for advertising and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare requested reports.
  • Assist with event planning, preparation, and execution.
  • Respond to incoming calls following telephone etiquette guidelines.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service skills via phone and in person.
  • Maintain a neat and clean front desk and showroom area.
  • Keep refreshments stocked.
  • Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries.
  • Assist team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or similar clerical role.
  • Marketing and event planning preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey messages clearly and quickly to team members.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and various operating programs.
  • Efficiency using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens.
