Job Title :

Administrative Assistant

Schedule :

Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (1 hour lunch)

Pay Rate :

$20.00 / hr.

Job Duties :

  • Answer and direct phone inquiries
  • Type correspondence, compile data for reports, maintain files, and manage documentation
  • Process various reports and logs, including cash receipts and billing transactions
  • Assist with storm water account receivables and billing to include processing storm water checks
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Research account financial history to provide timely responses to payoff quote requests (within 1 business day)
  • Date stamp and distribute mail throughout the business day
  • Serve as backup for Accounting Technician II as needed
  • Support with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of college coursework or equivalent related experience

Requirements :

  • Requires any combination of education (Above high School) and / or experience equivalent to 4 years in the fields utilizing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Current valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation
