Job Title :
Administrative Assistant
Schedule :
Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Pay Rate :
$20.00 / hr.
Job Duties :
- Answer and direct phone inquiries
- Type correspondence, compile data for reports, maintain files, and manage documentation
- Process various reports and logs, including cash receipts and billing transactions
- Assist with storm water account receivables and billing to include processing storm water checks
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Research account financial history to provide timely responses to payoff quote requests (within 1 business day)
- Date stamp and distribute mail throughout the business day
- Serve as backup for Accounting Technician II as needed
- Support with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Preferred Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of college coursework or equivalent related experience
Requirements :
- Requires any combination of education (Above high School) and / or experience equivalent to 4 years in the fields utilizing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Current valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation
