Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team in North Houston. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and possess a customer-centric attitude to handle diverse front office and administrative responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Collect financial paperwork and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Manage both over-the-phone and face-to-face communication with clients and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Oversee front desk duties, including greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Assist with processing funds and ensuring accurate records for financial transactions.
- Prior administrative or office support experience is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but it is not required.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard office software and tools.
- This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a reputable company located in North Houston.
- Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, offering flexibility between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:30 AM-5:30 PM.
