Data Analyst – Guidewire TriCom Technical Services Summary We are seeking a Guidewire Data Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making and analytics initiatives within our P&C insurance environment. This role will focus on analyzing and interpreting data from Guidewire applications, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure high data quality and meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, deep experience with Guidewire data models, and a background in the insurance domain. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and support business objectives. Work with Guidewire data models (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) to map and integrate data across systems. Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data. Partner with teams across Product, Sales, and Data Warehouse to define and meet data needs. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by establishing validation, cleaning, and handling standards. Communicate analytical findings and insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences. Requirements 5+ years of experience working with Guidewire data models (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. Experience with data warehousing concepts and data profiling. In‑depth knowledge of P&C insurance, particularly commercial lines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience with BI tools including Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with Cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts or NLP.
