Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Type: Part-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Hours may vary based on business needs. Job Description Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements. Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent. Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teams. Provide guidance on hiring best practices, compliance, and recruitment metrics. Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews. Travel locally to client sites as needed. Position Requirements Strong experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Ability to travel to local clients in the Cincinnati, OH area. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to build trust and credibility with clients. Self-motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
