Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team goals.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
- Build applicant pipelines by connecting with colleges, agencies, community services, and professional networks.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate pipeline).
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy and compliance.
- Train hiring managers and HR staff on effective ATS use.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
- Evaluate applicants and present recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
- Assist with other HR duties or special projects as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of comfort in phone and in-person communication.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR function.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates through social media, networking, and SEO tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build relationships and represent the organization positively to candidates and community partners.
