About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and resourceful Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a vital part in attracting and hiring qualified talent across both clinical and administrative teams. The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process, partners with hiring managers, and represents the organization at external events. You'll help build and maintain a strong workforce that supports our mission of delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team goals.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Post job openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Build applicant pipelines by connecting with colleges, agencies, community services, and professional networks.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate pipeline).
  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy and compliance.
  • Train hiring managers and HR staff on effective ATS use.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person).
  • Evaluate applicants and present recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
  • Assist with other HR duties or special projects as needed.
Essential Skills & Competencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of comfort in phone and in-person communication.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR function.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates through social media, networking, and SEO tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and represent the organization positively to candidates and community partners.
