We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to support the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. In this role, you will perform routine cleaning tasks, maintain sanitation standards, and ensure a clean and orderly environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of offices, lobby, cafeteria, locker rooms, production areas, and restrooms (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal).
- Sanitize and restock restrooms, kitchens, cafeteria, and locker rooms with necessary supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, sanitary products).
- Clean windows, walls, and office equipment to remove smudges, fingerprints, and debris.
- Maintain break room and kitchen areas (wipe tables / counters, clean microwaves and appliances, sweep / mop floors, restock supplies).
- Empty exterior trash cans, clear walkways, and pick up debris on facility grounds (including seasonal tasks such as snow / ice removal if applicable).
- Inspect facilities throughout the day for cleanliness, supply needs, property damage, or safety hazards and promptly report issues to management.
- Replenish custodial supplies as needed under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Position Specific Details
- Base hourly payrate up to $19.00 p / hr, based on experience.
- Additional premium shift differential : $1.00 p / hr for 2nd shift.

Qualifications
- Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination.
- Minimum of three or more years experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility for overtime and shift hours required.
