Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and driven Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in advancing affordable housing and community development initiatives for our client based in downtown Sacramento. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted partner to the executive team-overseeing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings (onsite or virtual), preparing confidential communications, and ensuring seamless daily operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with proven experience supporting executives, who brings strong initiative, outstanding communication skills, and a consistent commitment to reliability and attendance.

Pay Rate: $31.15/hour.

Temporary: (6+ Months).

Location: Downtown Sacramento - Onsite position (parking provided).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare, edit, and manage confidential communications, reports, and presentations with accuracy and discretion
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-through
  • Operate Zoom meetings and other virtual platforms from a conference room setting, proficient in Microsoft Outlook and office technology
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and professional approach
  • Uphold punctuality, reliability, and alignment with a service-oriented culture
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience, preferably in government, nonprofit, or public agency settings
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom or MS Teams
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and anticipate needs in a deadline-driven environment
