Director, Finance & Accounting Job at Century Group in West Hollywood

Century Group is partnering with an entertainment organization who is seeking a Director, Finance & Accounting to bring to their team. This role will be fully onsite in West Hollywood, CA. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $200,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Assist in formulating the Clients' future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
• Manage the accounting and business management team
• Oversee the financial operations of Clients' companies
• Manage third parties to which functions have been outsourced
• Oversee the establishment of ad hoc financial modeling as needed and production of budgets and forecasts
• Establish financial and operating metrics to measure performance
• Understand and mitigate key elements of the Client's risk profile
• Monitor cash projections and forecasts and arrange for debt and equity financing

Requirements:

• CPA, CFP, or CMA required
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 10 years' progressive public accounting, business management, family office and/or entertainment experience
