Pay: $85,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced commercial roofing re-roof sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and driving recurring service revenue. This is not a hands‑on roofing role but does involve being on roofs for inspection and sales purposes. If you excel at building long‑term client relationships, are comfortable with cold calling, and have experience selling services to business decision‑makers, we want to hear from you. Our work covers all major commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, BUR, and metal.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients for recurring service work
Conduct cold calls, B2B outreach, and in‑person meetings to generate leads
Meet with building decision‑makers to inspect roofs and identify service needs
Prepare and present proposals, service estimates, and recommendations
Collaborate with internal operations and estimating teams for bid creation
Deliver consistent follow‑up and communication throughout the sales cycle
Attend networking events to expand client base and market presence
Maintain CRM records and manage pipeline effectively
Stay informed about roofing systems and service offerings
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial roofing or related building services industry preferred
Proven B2B service sales experience, especially selling to decision‑makers
Comfortable walking roofs for inspection and evaluation purposes
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
