Senior Systems Engineer – Body Controls at

is a listed, international automotive supplier. The group combines Faurecia with FORVIA to form a global leader in automotive technologies. This role sits within the Body Controls team and focuses on leading systems engineering for next-generation control modules. Your Tasks Own and manage product creation processes using ASPICE guidelines, collaborating with analysts, architects, and requirements/change owners. Work with internal and external stakeholders to create and manage requirements. Direct technical customer interface and be accountable for the creation of the System Requirements Specification based on Customer Requirements. Drive collaboration among cross-functional, international stakeholders. Define and monitor risk management within projects. Lead new program acquisition and current program redesign changes. Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science engineering. 5+ years of experience evaluating, analyzing, and eliciting requirements. Experience in automotive ECU development (e.g., Closure Control Units, Power liftgates, Seat control Modules, Occupant Detection Systems). Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation). Experience with requirements tools such as DOORS or Rhapsody. Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred But Not Required Skills
8+ years of combined experience in automotive electrical hardware design, embedded software development, or ECU verification and validation. Exposure to Autosar, ASPICE, functional safety, cybersecurity, FMEA, MATLAB modeling, ECU hardware design. Prior high-voltage experience. Why FORVIA HELLA?
