The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the Accounts Payable function for Catholic Mutual Group including general administrative support for the Finance Department. The AP Specialist prepares and processes all expense reimbursements and company deposits as well as maintaining collection status on miscellaneous invoices and reconciling to the general ledger.
Requirements:
3-5 years prior experience in accounts payable processing.
Experience with accounts payable and general ledger software systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and an email system similar to Microsoft Outlook.
Adobe Professional experience desirable.
Strong attention to detail and technical skills in accounts payable and general accounting/bookkeeping.
