Overview Catholic Mutual Group (CMG) was established in 1889 and is recognized as the leading provider of property, liability and employee benefit coverage and related services for the Catholic Church in the United States and Canada.
Position We are currently seeking an insurance professional to join our team as a Member Services Account Manager. The Account Manager will coordinate all areas of coverage, interface confidently with Senior Management, act as client liaison, coordinate all areas of coverage, and cultivate member relationships.
Responsibilities
Maintain positive client relations.
Day‑to‑day servicing needs.
Identify opportunities.
Problem solve and analyze unique coverage programs.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a four‑year college degree or equivalent work experience, with a preference for 2–3 years of prior experience in Property and Casualty Insurance. Candidates must possess:
Strong communication skills.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
An aptitude for problem solving.
Detail oriented and organized.
Exemplify excellent customer service and presentation skills.
Ability to travel at least 10%.
Professional insurance designation preferred, not required.
