Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Responsibilities
Manage month‑end close, including journal entries, debits, and credits
Prepare and analyze financial statements
Partner with other departments to support accounting processes and improvements
Oversee fleet management responsibilities as assigned
Assist with external audits and ensure compliance with standards
Work with project managers on percentage of completion and job costing
Support accurate reporting on multiple active projects in varying stages
Collaborate with leadership to improve and document accounting procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
3–5 years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in month‑end close, journal entries, debits, and credits
Experience with percentage of completion accounting or CPA designation required
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments
Self‑starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
