Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery, including monitoring and supporting labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care. Assist with vaginal deliveries and Cesarean sections as assigned, including intraoperative support and neonatal resuscitation as needed. Monitor fetal well-being using External Fetal Monitoring (EFM) and Internal Monitoring as appropriate; respond to abnormal fetal heart rate patterns. Administer medications and therapies per protocol (e.g., analgesia/anesthesia support, oxytocin, magnesium sulfate, insulin drips, IVs, and infusion pumps). Provide newborn care, identification, thermoregulation, lactation support, and family education. Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. Job Details
