Description
We are currently seeking entry-level MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) candidates. As an Anesthesiologist, you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This position is vital to ensuring the comfort and safety of patients during medical interventions, making it a key role within our healthcare team. You will be involved in a variety of projects, from administering anesthesia and monitoring patients during surgery to collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery or other medical procedures Monitor and adjust anesthesia levels during procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort Manage and treat any complications that may arise during anesthesia administration Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans Document patient medical histories and anesthesia care plans accurately Stay current on advancements in anesthesia techniques and technologies Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients in the recovery room Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols Requirements:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution Valid medical license to practice as an Anesthesiologist Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles, practices, and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Schedule: 7a-4p Call Requirement: 1:6 rotation, light volume Daily Volume: 24-35 patients Required Procedures: Nerve blocks, joint injections, radiofrequency ablations, epidurals, trigger point injections, facet injections, spinal cord stimulators, and peripheral nerve stimulators Support Staff: PAs, MAs, PTs, and full office support EMR: Home-Grown Must be board-certified Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + RVUs Paid CMEs Medical malpractice coverage
