We are seeking an On-Call Front Desk Clerk to cover the Saturday and Sunday day shift (8 AM to 4 PM). Candidates must have schedule flexibility and be open to picking up additional shifts as needed. Placement will be at one of our downtown San Francisco properties, based on coverage needs.
Responsibilities Provides front desk security coverage, enforces visitor policy, communicates with residents, makes entries in log book, completes incident reports, contacts appropriate authorities in emergencies, makes rounds to secure property, assists with resident conflict resolution.
Qualifications
Experience working with public, preferably in security or customer service.
Excellent communication skills - Bilingual preferred.
Ability to make legible written reports.
Maturity and dependability.
